The Institute carries out systematic basic and clinical research around gastrointestinal diseases, in which there are four major research directions:

1, The early screening of gastrointestinal disease: develop new approach and product suitable for Chinese gastrointestinal disease screening

2, The early intervention of gastrointestinal disease: mainly study on the early intervention and technology of IBD and other positive diseases

3, The molecular mechanism and biological behavior of gastrointestinal disease: mainly study on the new mechanism, new target, new drug of gastrointestinal disease development, and its tranfer application value

4, The establisment of new program and application of gastrointestinal disease perioperative period: mainly study and explore new program of gastrointestinal tumor perioperative period, build personal treatment strategy to aviod insufficient and over treatment
