罗晓彤(副研究员,硕士生导师)

       中山大学附属第六医院副研究员,生物信息学平台负责人。中山大学生命科学学院生物信息学博士,中山大学肿瘤防治中心博士后,广州市“青年科技人才托举工程”项目获得者。专注于生物信息学研究工作,在生物信息学算法开发、计算平台搭建以及生物大分子修饰数据分析等方面积累了丰富的研究经验,独立/合作开发并发布开源生物信息学软件10余个,并在肿瘤早诊、预后分期和免疫治疗等多个临床场景取得了一系列研究成果。
        以主要作者(共一/共通讯)在Nucleic Acids Research 、Science China Life Sciences 、Genomics,Proteomics and Bioinformatics、GigaScience 等国际杂志上发表论文10篇。此外,申请人在前期所发表论文的累计影响因子>150,总引用 >1500,单篇引用最高>900。主持及参与多项国家自然科学基金、省部级项目。

研究方向:
1.生物信息学算法开发与工具构建;
2.肿瘤表观组学数据分析与肿瘤新生抗原筛选。
