胡佩珊(副研究员,硕士生导师)

      中国医学科学院北京协和医学院生物化学与分子生物学博士,中山大学肿瘤防治中心肿瘤学博士后,博士后创新人才支持计划获得者,任“广东省临床医学学会消化肿瘤综合治疗青年专业委员会”委员,AGMR期刊青年编委。
主要研究方向为肿瘤微环境调控肿瘤干细胞影响肿瘤复发耐药的分子机制,结直肠癌类器官药筛大平台构建和临床应用。包括肿瘤干细胞表观遗传调控,酸性肿瘤微环境,肿瘤细胞代谢,结直肠癌类器官库构建和药敏检测。

近年来以第一作者在Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Molecular Cancer、Cell Death and Differentiation、oncogene、Cell Death and disease等国际期刊发表SCI论文多篇(总影响因子 > 200分,总引用次数>800,其中单篇最高引用次数>500),作为主要完成人获中华医学科学技术奖二等奖。主持及参与多项国家自然科学基金、省部级项目。
