  杨孜欢研究员,博士生导师,博士后合作导师。主要研究领域为胃肠道疾病的基础和转化研究、病原微生物感染诊断新技术研发。以第一或通讯作者在Science Translational Medicine,Cancer Letters,NPJ Precis Oncol等杂志上发表论文 20 余篇;主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广州市重点研发项目等课题; 作为主要完成人获得2016年国家科技进步二等奖、2019年中华医学科技奖、2020年教育部科技进步一等奖、2024年广东省科技进步一等奖。

主要学术贡献

肿瘤发生发展蛋白组学特征解析:构建了基于组织蛋白组学特征的结直肠癌分子分型,开发了疗效预后预测模型,性能显著优于TNM分期。

肿瘤细胞外囊泡(EVs)在结直肠癌诊断和干预中的价值研究:发现ENTPD2+ EV是结直肠癌的潜在诊断标志物;筛选结直肠癌预后相关的关键囊泡转运蛋白,并开发靶向干预策略。

肿瘤免疫微环境调控及治疗策略的开发:多组学筛选潜在靶点,揭示了SIRT2在肿瘤微环境调控中的作用,提示靶向SIRT2可提高结直肠癌对免疫治疗的敏感性
